I believe in sleep that restores — not just your baby, but your entire family. In bedtime routines that feel like connection instead of conflict. I believe in those small, sacred moments — the bedtime snuggles, the quiet coffee before the house wakes, the simple joy of no longer just surviving the day, but truly enjoying it.

My journey to becoming a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant began in the quiet, exhausting hours of early motherhood — rocking a baby at 2 a.m., questioning myself, and longing for just a little rest. I remember the late-night Googling, the tears, and the desire for someone to simply guide me.

That chapter shaped my heart for this work. It taught me how powerful support can be — and now I’m honored to provide that same reassurance, clarity, and steady encouragement to families who need it most!

When I’m not supporting families and talking all things sleep, you can usually find me soaking up my favorite season — fall. Give me crisp air, cozy sweaters, and a candle burning in the background and I’m in my happy place.

I’m a true crime fan (the documentaries, the podcasts — all of it 👀), and I fully believe that a big bowl of pasta or a buffalo chicken wrap can fix almost anything.

Most importantly, I’m a mama to my two sweet kiddos, Mila and Kylen. They are my whole world and the heart behind everything I do. Motherhood changed me in the best ways — it’s where my passion, empathy, and deep understanding for families (and good sleep) truly began. 🤍
