A: I work with babies and young children, typically from newborn through age 7. Each stage comes with its own challenges, and I tailor my approach to meet your child exactly where they are.

Q: What age do you work with?

What People Wanna Know

A: I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep. I create fully customized plans based on your child’s temperament and your parenting style. I offer a range of gentle, responsive strategies and will never ask you to do anything you’re uncomfortable with.

Q: What sleep methods do you use?

A: I support families in choosing what feels right for them. If you prefer a more gradual, hands-on approach, I will guide you through gentle methods. My goal is to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Q: Do you support cry-it-out?

A: That’s exactly why I’m here! Every plan I create is personalized to your child’s needs, your schedule, and your goals. There is no “perfect” schedule—only what works best for your family.

Q: What if my baby has a unique schedule or specific challenges?

A: Yes! Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive ongoing support, guidance, and adjustments to your plan so you never feel alone or unsure of what to do next.

Q: Will I have support during the process?

A: Absolutely. Daytime sleep and schedules play a huge role in nighttime success. I will help you optimize naps, wake windows, and routines for better overall sleep.

Q: Do you help with naps and schedules too?

A: Your plan will include a step-by-step strategy for bedtime, night wakings, naps, and daily schedules—plus tips, routines, and guidance tailored specifically to your child.

Q: What’s included in your sleep plans?

A: Sleep is not one-size-fits-all, which is why I provide ongoing adjustments and support. We will tweak the plan as needed to make sure it works for your family. Success also depends on the consistency of following the plan.

Q: What if this doesn’t work for us?

A: Simply fill out the contact form or book a call! From there, we’ll talk through your challenges and find the best support option for your family.

Q: How do I get started?

A: Yes! There is an upcharge of $75 added to any plan when working with more than one child.

Q: Do you work with sibling/twins?
